Reports

Proacts X takes data from users and emergency services to build a complete picture of threats, positions, patterns, and logistics in your community or organization.

Proacts X allows users to report on various emergency categories via free text, images, audio messages, and geo-location sharing. The command center reviews these reports, which are then shared with group members if approved as valid and relevant.

Walk With Me

We initiated the project by starting an analysis phase to collaborate with stakeholders regarding app features and potential solutions. Through this process, we obtained valuable insights into the needs and desires of the target audience, which we validated using personas developed earlier in the project and subsequently with actual users through a prototype.

Communication

Group members can use Proacts X's secure messaging app to communicate effectively and ensure safety. Create a group chat, set clear communication guidelines, and share vital information and updates through the chat. Encourage check-ins, establish emergency alert procedures, and use location-sharing wisely. Report suspicious activity, and periodically review safety protocols for a well-connected and secure group.

Feed

A feed of alerts enhances safety by providing timely information about potential threats and emergencies, including weather warnings, security issues, and community events. Members can quickly respond to stay safe, whether seeking shelter during a storm or avoiding danger zones.

Profile

A robust profile screen provides user verification, access control, emergency contacts, activity monitoring, password management, notification preferences, data privacy control, support resources, and compliance accountability. It enhances user security, privacy, and power for a safer, user-friendly app experience.
